About the Opportunity
This Marketing Coordinator role is a new position, where this role will be required to foster innovation & growth.
This position will collaborate across the Brand’s promotional areas of Business & together with Corporate, Philanthropic & Private enterprise, with a focus on our range of LUXES QUOTES Products being:
· Greeting Cards
· Campaign T-Shirts
· Aussie-Fun-Designer Wear
· IP-Products (Subscriptions)
Which support the Luxes Quotes brand strategy & is conducive with our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) & ESG initiatives.
The position will play a key role in maintaining & supporting Community & Third-Party Business relationships, including affiliated Charitable & Non-Profit organisations & so exceptional customer relations, business development & marketing-sales experience, plus smart use of systems and technology, will be key to success, for this role.
Essential
Demonstrated success in a similar & previous position, working within an agile & dynamic environment, towards achieving organisational objectives:
- Exceptional relationship building skills, with the ability to influence at all levels across the organisation & across the realms of business.
- An excellent Customer Service disposition and attitude.
- A proficient understanding & use of all Microsoft software (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe & Samsung Mobiles LQ Choice of Office Equipment).

- An action-oriented, change agent who can successfully work independently and during periods of organisational transformation, so as to ensure & maintain client satisfaction, workflow efficiencies and also, understand and adhere-manage, legislative & risk compliance outcomes;
- Experience in delivering innovative and progressive practices, including implementing modern management practices (procedures) for (LQ) Governance Systems;
- A strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities around future ways of working & with digital transformation trends that affects people, culture and organisational effectiveness.
- A demonstrated commitment & ability for all types of Sales & Marketing initiatives, as this will be the main basis for all work surmounting to this position.
- Business Development experience & background;
- Assist with Marketing Audit Reports & Correspondence preparation (if and when required).
- Fluent & Proficiency in the English language (Verbal, Written - Communications).
